My name is Maria Luchsinger.  I am excited to launch this new blog that will be dedicated to bringing you fun family fitness ideas, recipes, and inspiring quotes and stories.  In addition,  I will be bringing you updates about my writing of the latest adventures of Sammy the Centipede.
